How the Sahulat Account Payment System Works

 Secure Data Method

Introducing the Sahulat Account BISP will securely share the beneficiary’s details like name, CNIC number, date of birth and address with the bank.The bank will first check and then open the account.

 Account Opening and Notification

If everything is in order, the bank will open an account in the name, which will be closed first. After this, an SMS or online notification will be given as to which branch to visit and when the account will be activated.

 Account Activation

Original CNIC and biometric verification will be required to activate the account. If fingerprints are not available, NADRA’s Verisys system will be used.

 Account Tools

👤The beneficiary will be provided with:

💳PayPak Debit Card to withdraw money from ATM or make purchases

📒Chequebook (with at least five cheques) to withdraw money directly from the bank

🔢The PIN code of the debit card can be easily generated through ATM, helpline, SMS service or the bank’s website.

Payment Transfers

BISP financial assistance will be sent to the facility accounts through RAAST or Interbank Funds Transfer (IBFT). ATMs, bank branches or designated counters can be used for withdrawal. No fee will be charged for withdrawal from ATMs of any other network.
